1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Let Me Go Mobile Pet Aftercare ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Let Me Go Mobile Pet Aftercare provides the following services:

  • Mobile pickup of deceased companion animals from your home
  • Individual cremation services through 4 Creeks Pet Crematorium
  • Return of cremated remains within ten (10) business days
  • Choice of memorial urn included in service price
  • Certificate of individual cremation

3. Service Limitations

Please be aware of the following service limitations:

  • Weight Limit: We serve companion animals up to 150 pounds only.
  • Animal Types: Farm animals (pigs, goats, horses, cows) are not accepted.
  • Service Area: We serve the Central Valley area, based in Visalia, CA.
  • Cremation Items: Blankets will not be cremated and will be donated. Collars and metal items must be removed. One shirt/sweater or small toy (metal-free) is acceptable.

4. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is based on your pet's weight:

  • Less than 25 lbs: $250
  • 26 to 75 lbs: $310
  • 76 to 150 lbs: $410

All prices include pickup, individual cremation, choice of urn, certificate of cremation, and ashes delivery. We accept credit cards, checks, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

5. Cremation Process

Your pet will be placed in their own stainless steel tray for individual cremation. This ensures that you receive only your companion's remains. We partner with 4 Creeks Pet Crematorium, a licensed and reputable cremation facility.

Cremated remains will be returned to you within ten (10) business days. While we strive to meet this timeline, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays, and we will communicate any changes promptly.

6. Urn Selection

Your choice of urn is included in the service price. Available options include Red Oak Photo Box, Walnut Photo Box, Cedar Box, Cherry Photo Box, and Paw Print Keepsake. Availability may vary and we reserve the right to offer comparable alternatives if a specific option is temporarily unavailable.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

While we take the utmost care in handling your beloved pet's remains, Let Me Go Mobile Pet Aftercare shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, equipment failures at the crematorium, etc.)
  • Items left with your pet that were not disclosed to us
  • Damage to blankets or items that are donated per our policy

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel a scheduled pickup, please contact us as soon as possible at (559) 303-8153. Once cremation has begun, refunds cannot be issued. If services have not yet been rendered, a full refund will be provided.

9. Website Use

The content on our website is for informational purposes only. While we strive to keep information accurate and up-to-date, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of this information. The Ask Astro chatbot provides general information and should not be considered a substitute for direct communication with our team.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tulare County, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
